We may also automatically collect the following data:

Action Tags: : (also called pixel tags, clear GIF, or beacons) Help us in knowing different pages you visit and the content used by you. These are also used in Emails to know that Emails were opened or forwarded. Action Tags are also used on websites and on Mobile apps to know the content used.

For closure of your Inobit ​account, visit the Support portal. ​We will keep your information in our database until the time your account is closed so as to meet legal obligations. The data may be kept with us, even after closure of account, only if it is necessary to have sufficient information to respond to any later issues. For example, we may need or be required to retain certain information to prevent fraudulent activity, protect ourselves against liability, permit us to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that we may sustain, or if we believe in good faith that a law, regulation, rule or guideline requires it.

How to Delete Your Account (Web Exchange)
  • If you need to delete your account, follow these simple steps:
  • Log in to your Inobit account using this URL
    https://inobit-uat.cryptosrvc.com/exchange/ and go to Settings tab on the left navigation menu. Click the Security tab
  • Tap [Delete] at the bottom
  • If 2FA is active - complete Security Verification and tap [Verify]
  • Read the Delete Account message and tap [Delete Account]
  • Your account has been successfully deleted.
How to Delete Your Account (Mobile Application)
  • If you need to delete your account, follow these simple steps:
  • Log in to your Inobit mobile app and go to Settings screen by tapping on the logo at the top left. Tap the Security tab
  • Tap [Delete Account] at the bottom
  • Read the Confirmation message carefully and tap [Yes]
  • If 2FA is active - complete Security Verification and tap [Verify]
  • Read the Delete Account message and tap [Delete]
  • Your account has been successfully deleted

Handling of User Data Post-Account Deletion
